Potty training?

Is anyone else potty training yet? We bought my daughter a potty when she was a year old, and she had pooped on it a few times, never pee. Lately I notice she wakes up from naps and occasionally in the morning dry, and stays dry longer periods during the day. She likes to come sit on her potty when I go, and the other day she woke up dry from nap so I rushed her to her potty and she peed! I think next week we will try the potty training in 3 days method and go from there. I understand it may not work but I’m giving it a shot. My biggest concern is that she goes to daycare 2 days per week, and I am not sure how vigilant they will be about taking her to the potty... any advice? Astoria turned 18 months old on the 7th😊
