Baby kicked or something else?

Hey ladies, I am still waiting to hear back from my dr in my health app so I wanted to ask your opinions. I was in the grocery store today and as I was walking to self checkout, I felt what felt like a mild, not painful at all but very quick punch to the inside of my belly. It felt like it was on the other side of my belly button. It didn't hurt at all it just happened so fast that it scared me and stopped me in my tracks lol. I'm only 16 weeks and 3 days so is it remotely possible that I felt my baby punch or kick me today?? 😂 I always feel heavy pressure in my lower belly like baby is moving or turning over but nothing like this. Like I said no pain, I'm not worried. Just curious what it was.
