Sad/depressed/feeling down

I was talking to a guy for a few months and we stopped until a few weeks ago. He randomly messaged me and we started talking again.

He normally sends me dirty pics and I’m fine with it. Well this week he asked if he could. I told him yes. He told me he was going to bed and that he wasn’t alone.

I thought he was playing but he wasn’t. He sent a pic of them in bed together having sex.

Idk how to feel about it. I was already feeling sad and I think this sent me over. I have confidence issues and he tells me I’m cute or adorable but when he sent that snap I was back to 0 on the scale.

I just had to tell someone.
