Razor bumps???

I shaved my whole down town region a couple of days ago but not I have a ton of razor bumps. I think it’s partly just me because my armpits also get really bad razor bumps and so does my mom. How do I get rid of them fast? I’m supposed to be going over to my bfs house in three days and we’re planning on losing out virginity and I know I’m just going to be thinking about how terrible it looks the entire time if I don’t find a way to get rid of them.
