Possible headache cure?

My Dr prescribed me magnesium pills today to hopefully work to prevent my headaches!! Fingers crossed it works. These headaches that came on a couple weeks ago are the worst 🤕 Has anyone else tried this?

So after 3 days of taking them my headaches are significantly better. I can’t say for sure that’s why, but I’m pretty positive the magnesium is a game changer for me. Worth trying!

The issue with natural products (don't get me wrong I still love them) is that they can take up to 3 months before you see changes. I have been taking magnesium since but I'm also on a low preventative prescription for my chronic/daily migraines. I hope to eventually get off those if the magnesium works. I still get regular headaches at this time of my pregnancy (13weeks) but I find it helps to take some caffeine every day (one cup of coffee). Since doing that my headaches have been almost completely gone. Good luck! I understand how crippling headache can be. 💜

I’ll try to remember to let you all know! Either way it’s worth talking to your dr about. It’s supposed to help prevent them as opposed to just treating with Tylenol.

Ugh im going on hou 29 with a migraine 😭 i just want some relief. I've tried just about everything too. Nothing is working. I plan on calling my dr when their office opens in a few hours
