When your baby starts growing bigger does your due date usually get changed to sooner ? I know it’s harder to tell how far along you are when you baby is so tiny

The most accurate scan is within the first 12 weeks so your due date won’t change as the pregnancy progresses.

After your first ultrasound the due date won't change. Once a baby hits 12 weeks or so they're all slightly different sizes. In the first 12 weeks they're all about the same size at certain developmental stages. If your baby is measuring 5 days ahead for example, it doesn't mean he's 5 days ahead in development, just in size. So they won't change your due date

No. They won’t change it. It’s set at the beginning of the pregnancy.

I measured five weeks ahead my entire pregnancy and my due date didn’t budge a day.

Both my babies have measured 95th percentile or higher and my due date was never changed. If you have regular periods, they literally cannot accurately change your due date just because your baby is bigger than average.

Typically after initial ultrasound they won’t change due date
