After your first ultrasound the due date won't change. Once a baby hits 12 weeks or so they're all slightly different sizes. In the first 12 weeks they're all about the same size at certain developmental stages. If your baby is measuring 5 days ahead for example, it doesn't mean he's 5 days ahead in development, just in size. So they won't change your due date

If you have regular periods, they literally cannot accurately change your due date just because your baby is bigger than average.
