Miscarriage again

Started spotting at the weekend no pain called midwife and Dr had to have ius yesterday still bleeding saw yolk sac nothing Eles have to go back next week to rescan but now loads of pain I can hardly breath I just know . This is my second miscarriage in a space of a few months I Carnt do this again it hurts to bad . So please if your spotting contact your midwife and Dr asap x
