Any one have contractions or Braxton hick at 32 weeks?

I am currently 32 weeks with my 4th child and i have been induced with the last 3 children and had the epidural done before i could really feel what the contractions are like. Has anyone had Braxton hicks start around 32 weeks? Since Sunday ive had them around 3-4times a day they feel like bad menstrual cramps but they are painful to the point the make me feel like i have to s***. Have any of you guys had them? What did they feel like to you? And is this normal?

Braxton Hicks throughout pregnancy are totally normal. I’ve been having them since the beginning and this is my second baby, I’m 30 weeks 5 days. I would say that those are Braxton Hicks because they aren’t continuing and only happening a few times a day. Mine get pretty painful too but I’ve been heard with each pregnancy they get worse. So maybe it’s that. I’d double check with your doctor tho just to be sure.

I’ve been having BH since week 26. I keep a log of them in my notes section on my phone. Some days I have 30 BH, other days I have 10. Drink a ton of water, rest when you can (put your feet up), hot showers or baths. Doc said I’d have them the remainder of my pregnancy
