Spotting when wiping and measuring small

I am currently 8 weeks pregnant by my LMP. I went to a free clinic on Monday for an ultrasound and because I have a tilted uterus it was hard for them to see the baby. They could not confirm the baby is where it should be and said I was only measuring 6 weeks. They had me schedule another appointment on the 29th and sent me on my way. Yesterday I had light pink spotting when I wiped one time. Today I have had light pink to brown spotting a few times when I have wiped. No pain or cramping so far. Has anyone else experienced this? Trying to decide what to do.
