I could pay someone to clean my house everyday for a couple of months

This is my 3rd pregnancy and I feel like complete shit I shake all day everyday my arms and hands feel cold on the inside and I’m sick to my stomach all day . I have a hard time taking care of my other two but I do it obviously because they can’t and these two destroy my house so bad it isn’t funny but I can’t be on my feet long enough to clean without feeling like ima pass out my doc said this feeling is normal but idk I don’t believe I should feel this shitty
