Trigger warning!!! miscarriage and graphic pic

PLEASE help! Opinions? Experiences?

I am 4 months pp with my 1st child.

At the end of July my period was a week late. I FELT pregnant. I had many very early symptoms that I also had with my son. We were not trying yet (but had been discussing trying when our son is around 8-10 months old). I took a test the day I was late and it was negative. When I was exactly a week late I planned to test again but didn’t because I “started” but it was not like my normal periods have been. I didn’t think anything of it because the symptoms were fading away and I thought PP hormones were to blame. But ever since then I have still felt “off”.

Fast forward to this week. I just had ovulation last week and should be starting in around 10 more days.

This past Sunday I had some weird brown spotting discharge that came and went but in small amounts. I have never had brown discharge. I thought maybe it had something to do with ovulating . Last night my panties were soaked with VERY dark brown discharge/blood and when I wiped there was clumps throughout the brown discharge.

I instantly felt in my heart that I had miscarried. I have been very very emotional the last week leading up to this and had some cramping.

I have 0 knowledge on miscarriage. Did anyone else experience this? To make it even weirder I haven’t had any discharge since last night? Panties and wiping are completely clean but still feeling crampy.
