Thigh bumps??

Ladies,  
Help me out .. what is this?
My thighs (before pregnancy) where fine, but further along I get the more the look like this... 
What is the cause?

Cellulite. I have it on the back of my thighs. :/

Looks like cellulite to me, caused by natural weight gain during pregnancy and you'll have more water and blood in your body now so that can contribute to swelling. It should all go back to normal after birth, when you get back to your pre baby weight. You look fine though, I wouldnt worry about it :)

Either cellulitis or varicose veins.

Cellulite. It happens. Sometimes it goes away with diet and exercise postpartum. Just part of the mom scars, like stretch marks.

I know everyone is saying cellulite, but I feel like some of that is water retention

Its cellulite... which is just fat stores under the skin.
