Hate this waiting game

I swear this is worse than the tww. 38w5d had an appt today. All dr said was to wait it out and that baby can come at any time. I literally just wanna cry. Idek if I’m dilated cause the dr hasn’t checked. They won’t check me until my appt next week which is the day before my due date. I’ve lost very little pieces of my mucus plug which I know can regenerate so I’m not even counting that. All I’ve had is some cramping. I’m so thankful to be carrying this child and I want him to come when he’s ready but I’m so miserable from not sleeping and in pain that I’m doing everything in my power to get my body ready for labor . 😭😪 sorry for the rant
