Is 18 a young age to want to start a family ? We’re cable of doing it we both have good jobs and our own apartment everything is just good . We been trying for a year now since I finished High school last year but nothing and I’m scared to go to an obgyn and get judged because of my age .. what do you guys think ? Me and my partner been together for 3 years and this is something we want

No because it’s none of fucking anyone’s business if you want to start a family is you’re living on your own and paying for your living expenses 🤷‍♀️ I’m 21 with my 3rd on the way, we don’t depend on anyone else we own both of our cars and house. believe me I get judged by my doctors and shit occasionally
From a nurse that I love. my babies were/will be born 2017, 2018, and 2020. you’re not 15, living at home with no job, and still depending on your family. You’re an adult take care of yourself, go for it

My husband turned 20 in march and im 19. We have our own apartment, a car and currently 23 weeks pregnant with our first baby (its a girl😁) and we've been together for almost 3 years! theres nothing crazy about wanting to start a family! If you both feel strongly about it and are on the same page then go for it!

If you guys are ready then go for it! It’s normal to be scared to get judged (I’m 25 and still worry about it) it doesn’t mean you’re not fit to be a parent 🤦🏻‍♀️. I was 18 and my now husband was 19 when we started trying and it literally took a year to conceive. Once we finally stopped stressing and decided to see a doctor, bam, got pregnant.  But it also doesn’t hurt to see a doctor if you’re truly concerned about it. And seriously, you’re not too young, no such thing as doing something and being too young when you’re legally an adult and acting grown.
