Prenatal vitamins ???

I stopped taking my prenatal vitamins because they made me sick 3 months into pregnancy . Im 35 weeks almost ready to give birth , anyone else stop taking them ? Did I do something wrong ? I just wasn’t able to keep them down :(

I just switched to some without iron for now. Easier on my stomach.

Lots of people don't take prenatals. If your diet is good and you fetting all you need from your food you are fine. I had a friend that didnt take them with her both pregnancies andnthe and kids were and are fine. She ate a balanced diet that's all.

I stopped mine at 12 weeks because we finally figured out they were making me sicker. I do take children’s vitamins daily though. 32 weeks now
