Spotting

Hello, husband and I have been TTC but I’ve noticed for a while that my periods always seem to be quit long... like I can start spotting something 5-6 says before I get my full blown period... I am due to get my period in 7 days and for the last 2 days I had a bit of blood, yesterday we did the deed so not sure if that caused me to bleed and today I have had a bit of brown blood/discharge... on top of that my lower back has been hurting sooooo bad... I had a miscarriage back in feb and had a d&c... I’m hopping this maybe be super early signs of pregnancy but I also know it’s a bit to early to know... any of you experienced prolonged period and were able to get pregnant ?
