Thinks his name is "You" 😂

So my little man knows his name is Eli, but also seems to think his name is You. When he wants something or sees a picture of himself, he pats his chest and says "You". He has a hard time with L sounds, so I think "You" is easier to say.

Anyhow, my husband and I try to explain, but it's really difficult to do. I'll say "Daddy how are you?" And he'll respond "I am great" and vice versa, but it doesn't matter. Any tips? Or should I just laugh with it and play along until he outgrows it?
