Random bruise??

I recently noticed today while I was in the shower that there’s a weird, red, spotted bruise-like thing right under my nipple. Has anyone else had this? My breasts are also sore and my nipple colors changed and they’re sensitive to touch. Is this a pregnancy symptom or just coincidence? I’ve had more symptoms than that of course and I very much well could be pregnant. I’m 6DPO. Help?? (First time possible mom, so.)
