TUMS and Sadness

I live on a diet of TUMS and sadness. Third trimester, 35 weeks pregnant, and everything I eat comes up.

I try to eat small quantities of food, and nothing really acidic. I’ve learned that laying on my right side gives me the most problems, and makes me throw up sooner. I’ve learned that eating past 1pm is a no no. I’ve learned that sauces are acidic, dairy of any kind, veggies even can be.

I am hungry all the time because I throw everything up. After I throw up, I think I can eat again... I’m always wrong. I just stared after my husband eating a turkey and lettuce sandwich, like a dog begging for food.

Please tell me I’m not alone. Please share your horror stories. Please tell me of any tricks you’ve learned to combat this pregnancy issue. I’m tired of being scared to eat. I’m tired of eating and throwing up.
