Ectopic?

How do you know if you’re experiencing ectopic?

I have these awful pains only on my right side, it feels like my ovary, when applying pressure. My stomach hurts so bad, just like a belly ache. I’m extremely woozy. Is this just early morning sickness at 4weeks. I’ve miscarried before so I’m worried. I also have pains on my right arm specifically that are sharp and shooting and go away. I’m currently at the Children’s Hospital with my best friend and her baby, in a different state. I’m just worried. I also forgot my prenatals at home, so I’m wondering if that’s it. I hate feeling like this 😔
