Do you wash your hands before you use the bathroom?

I’m kinda a germ freak so I always wash my hands before and after I use the bathroom. (In public bathrooms) I also use a paper towel to turn off the faucet and open the door to leave the bathroom. 
I was wondering if anyone else washer their hands before and after using the bathroom?

I do at work, I work in the medical field. I don't wash before at home though...

I’ve seen other people opening/closing the door with tissue or edge of their sleeve however, did you know that being too over cautious about germs can actually have an adverse effect on your immune system causing you to be less resilient to germs?

I do when I’m on my period because I use a cup so I have to get all up in there lol but I try to avoid public restrooms in general.

I carry ham sanitizer, soap dries my hands extremely out. I only wash my hands at work because it’s mandatory no sanitizer (daycare)
