Power pump!!
I just spent an hour power pumping while my daughter napped and got 7.5oz!! I know that’s less than many people get in one regular session (I hate you by the way) but that’s more than I have ever pumped before and I’m so happy! My supply has never been great since my daughter has never properly nursed to boost it and I exclusively pump now.... so this is a huge win for me!! 🙌🏼
