High Temp before Ovulation

So last cycle I had an anovulatory cycle. Which means I didn’t ovulate properly. I’ve been bad for taking bbt regularly so I am sticking to it this month. The same as the beginning as last month my app is telling my my bbt is irregular for being at this stage in my cycle - 97.58F period day 2. My thoughts are is that we don’t have ac in the house so naturally I feel like I would be warmer than usual. Has anyone else experienced the same thing and my app is just worrying me for no reason or should I actually consult my doctor as it’s telling me to do so.
