Ovulation question?!?!?!

How do you ladies count your dpo to take a pregnancy test???? I’m so confused. I notice on the app it tells you the “week of” Ovulation.

U ovulate within approx 12 to 24 hours after your LH surge is at peak .I follow advice from a freinds Dr and baby dance every other day during fertile week ( using test strips 2 x a day) and the day before of and after ovulation..that is I follow it if I can.I have conceived 2 x this yr but since I'm now 43 I moscarried.I had my kids at age 31 35 n 42 All while I drank very little caffeine if any and ate alot of vegan / vegetarian food.Wishing U luck n love

The “ovulation week” is your predicted fertile week. If you’re tracking, there’s going to be a peak day that would be your ovulation day and you would count from there.
