Possible ectopic pregnancy?

So I got my last depo shot in February of this year. My next one was due in May but my husband and I decided to let it lapse and consider having a second child while learning how to do NFP for the time being. I never got my period while on depo but I did get about a week of light-medium bleeding around a week or two before my next shot was due. After letting my shot lapse, I didn’t get any bleeding at all aside from my “period” the week before I was supposed to get it.

At the end of July, I had some very light bleeding and was excited to think my period might be coming back like regular and my body could be “normal” again. The bleeding was even less days and lighter than the bleeding I had been having while the shot was in my system, and very unlike normal periods I had before getting on the shot almost a year prior. (Like not even fill a pad all day light, mostly brown blood, etc.).

Thinking I may have had implantation bleeding, I took several pregnancy tests over the last month that were all negative (or had extremely faint lines, but you know — line eyes). Over the last two or so weeks, I’ve also had cramping only in the left side of my abdomen/uterus (not the normal area for cramping for me, but it hasn’t been unbearable), experienced feeling dizzy/lightheaded at times, etc. Now I’m worried I might be having an ectopic pregnancy but a lot of things I have read say that the pain is pretty excruciating and that I would also have a clear positive pregnancy test. (note: pregnancy is definitely possible as my husband and I were not being too careful after my shot wore off as I had not gotten a period or regular cycle yet) My next though was ovarian cysts, but again the pain isn’t atrocious just a bit obnoxious and consistent.

According to Glow I am supposed to get my period tomorrow, although I’m not sure how accurate that is after only having tri-monthly cycles for a year and then that light bleeding in July. Am I being paranoid? Has anyone had

Similar symptoms and ended up with an ectopic pregnancy?

As a side note, for those with similar symptoms who went to a doctor did you go to an ER/urgent care or your regular doctor? We are a military family and have been at our current station a year (we have Prime Remote) so I have a PCM but no Ob/GYN here as I haven’t needed to see one for anything. Not sure what my PCM could do in office if I try to make an appointment.
