How do you keep yourself from thinking ab a sad possibility

My anxiety is out of the roof right now.. every morning I wake up and wonder if today is gonna be the day that my bf finds out if he is moving or not and it's making me feel so depressed. I'm never happy now because I cant think of anything else. And for some reason it's also causing me to be grouchy and overly clingy with my boyfriend and I dont know why😔 I feel like I'm just pushing him away and if he does move, he's gonna break up w me bc he isnt happy anymore😔

How do you keep yourself from worrying constantly??
