I can’t stop crying

So My appointment isn’t until 2:30 and when I went to the bathroom I felt pressure then I saw this I can’t stop crying because it look like my baby I started spotting this morning then bleeding

Update

I’m currently in the er because they think I’m having an ectopic pregnancy
