In Need Of Advice!!

Hey ladies ive posted something similae before but barely got anything back! I have an almost 15 month old and due to me being a bit lazy and dad working nights baby girl is used to sleeping in bed with me. I need to try snd get her to sleep in her crib and i also want to stop breastfeeding since babygirl feeds more for comfort than for being hungry. How could i do this? Please please help its just her and i all day pretty much.
