What else to use for hemorrhoids

Is there something with numbing I can use??

I haven't been able to have a poop that doesnt hurt in 2 weeks.

My body is getting to the point it doesnt even want to poop because of the pain.

I'm using tusk pads, hemorrhoid wipes for wiping and preparation H

Forgot to add I started taking stool softers 3 days ago ,they arent helping.

The hemorrhoid is big and anytime i fart or poop it gets angry and im in severe pain.

Im pregnant right now so its flared up . I have a nurse appointment to confirm pregnancy in a week and I'll bring it up
