Period Problem while on the Pill

I’m currently on the pill I take the Portia pill, I’ve been on it for about 9 months now. Since then my period has been very regular and before I had a horrible painful and extremely irregular period. Since on the pill I get my period the exact same day of each month lasting about 5-6 days. I just recently ended my period as usual I get it on a Thursday and I end typically on Monday-Tuesday. It’s been 4 days since I ended my period and today is Friday, earlier I was feeling like I had the usual menstrual cramps but since I’m always on the same schedule I didn’t think anything of it. Then I went to bathroom and to my surprise I had a lot of blood when wiping, my underwear and jeans were both bloody and I didn’t even notice nor did I even feel anything. This has never happened before while on the pill. Is this something normal? Is this a sign of pregnancy? I read online that it could be a sign of implantation bleeding and I did have sex during the week where I had my placebo pill a week ago. I could be paranoid but I just wanna hear more opinions out there. Also, don’t know if this matters but I did have my first HPV shot yesterday if that might be anything?
