Day 3 postpartum. Is this my milk coming in? This is my first time seeing anything significant. We were induced at 37 weeks due to my blood pressure. Been pumping after every "feed". Baby doesn't latch well and is getting formula fed due to low glucose levels from magnesium drip and now jaundice. She's in the NICU and we went home for the evening leaving the hospital for the first time in a week and I got this. Feeling so guilty I am not with her and now she missed my first milk if this is it 😭 Is it significant enough to try to save? Can I add it to future pumps if I get anything? So clueless and exhausted and emotional. Any words of wisdom are appreciated.
