Could worsening hemorrhoids be a sign of baby dropping further into pelvis ?

Three pregnancies and I’ve never seen my belly drop or the loss of my mucus plug. With this pregnancy I have hemorrhoids, recently it just got worse. I use preparation H ointment twice a day it makes me poop and I still have a huge chunk of flesh hanging out my butt. I’m 37 weeks my baby is head down please tell me she has dropped I’m only a fingertip dilated and I’ve started walking two miles every other day. I’m having ALL of the third trimester symptoms x10 I’m so ready to have this kid!!!

Omg I can totally relate! I dont know about it having anything to do with baby dropping but I'm 39 and 2 and I had 2 fucking huge dingle berries hanging out of my ass that were so painful, swollen, and bleeding. I was in tears, couldn't walk and wanted to give up on life lol. I had to get a prescription, nothing OTC worked! The prescription burned and didnt numb it in my opinion. So I called the office, the midwife had me come in with the medication. She literally had to push my hemorrhoids back in and put half the tube of medicine up my ass! I was screaming!! But I will say this, if I can recommend anything to you, lay down and try to push them back in!! Yes it hurts, but it's so much relief!! Once they are in use the preparation h and put ALOT in your rectum, this will help them shrink faster. Leave nothing hanging out. I am still fighting the 1 bad one, but I medicate and try everyday to push it in. Yes most of the time it pops back out but I do this regimen everyday and it's gotten smaller and bleeds less. I wouldn't wish that on anyone it hurts like hell. Good luck!
