Anyone else have days of constipation and then a full day of full blown diarrhea? It’s making me crazy!

I also have had what I call constipated diarrhea. Like it's so crampy and stuck and then BOOM! Uff. But the relief in my bloat after is wonderful! Lol

I’m not having diarrhea per se but am having a couple days of no movement and then one day of lots of 💩 on repeat. It’s pretty annoying. I think I’m going to try Metamucil.
