Guys is anyone able to shed any light on what this is on my poor doggie?

I initially thought tick (hence the olive oil in her poor fur) but there's no body to yank out with tweezers, it looks kinda like a pimple but without even a head (yano how a pimple usually has a head like an open wound type once u start hokeing it)

Could it still be a tick?

Im in Ireland so not likely to be species native to US - before anyone has a go its just after 5am here and I've just discovered this - I will take her to the vet when they open to get checked over
