What’s going on with my finger?

My index finger has been like this for months now. It’s itchy and when I scratch it it forms little bubbles/blisters and it pops. I tried so many remedies. It never healed all the way just the redness goes away but it’s still scale-y and itchy. It started out as dyshidrotic eczema, it used to heal but now it seems it’s here to stay and got even worse so I’m not sure what it is anymore. I don’t even have a cuticle on that finger anymore🙄 i just wanna know if there’s any ideas on what it could be and if anyone knows any home remedies. Ive honestly been dreading to go to the doctor I hate it there lol
