Need some advice

Am I crazy to think that I could be pregnant. My hips are hurting pretty bad and I think I’ve been cramping every now and then. I’m bc (never missed a pill) and my bf uses condoms and pulls out. It didn’t break. We had sex last Sunday. But I haven’t had enough sex to know what’s normal. I don’t get periods on the type of bc I’m on and today is the last pill of my pack.

I’m I being dumb and overthinking?
