I keep noticing a lot of posts where women say that when they told their OB/GYN they were going to start trying, that their OBGYN put them on prenatal vitamins.

When I told my OB/GYN she did not tell me a prenatal vitamin to start. I have been a little unsure about her with other stuff and have considered switching.

I asked my sister and she said her doctor recommended her one but she can’t remember which one it was.

I have been researching for days now and there’s so many different options... does anyone have any strong recommendations?
