Carpet soiled in cat pee

So my family just moved into a new house about. Month and a half ago. We knew we were going to have to replace carpets bc it smelled slightly of cat urine. While taking the carpet up, we realized a lot of it was spiked in urine. I’m 8 weeks pregnant. Should I be concerned about the affects on the unborn baby?
