Not possible right?

I was on BC for a week and it made my stomach hurt twice as bad so I stopped taking it, which made me have 2 periods back to back. I've had Chronic stomach pain since my ectopic in Feb 2019. I've went to my obgyn and everything looks fine, so they did a referral to gastro. I'm like 2 weeks late and always use condoms. There was 1 time I didn't in the shower but he pulled out. I took a test last week and it was neg. I think it's the BC messing up my period.
