2WW starting today

I just had my IUI today. I took Femera cycle day 3-7. I had 2 follicles as of Monday 10/5 right side was 23mm x 17 and left side was 17mm. Ovidrel injection was taken after Midnight on Monday. I totally have felt ovulation pains since Monday. DH specimen was excellent 8 million with 100% motility. The lab was bragging on him. I was informed my cervix is slightly tilted but had tons of ovulatory mucus. I pray that this is it and my 2 soon to be 3 year old will be a big brother next year.
