So I’m 4 months TTC , i removed my contraceptive implant 4 months ago and have been trying to concieve ever since.

I use opks

have regular sex , make sure it’s during my fertile window.

Track my cycle

Use preseed

And take prenatal vitamins.

Just wondering if there is anything else I could do to increase my chances ?

Anyone had the implant out and taking longer to conceive ?

Went to the doctors for advice ( I live in the UK) and they basically told me to go home and dont think about it her exact words were “go enjoy your life”
