Short period
I recently started drinking spearmint tea prior to my period because I read that it can ease with PMS.
My period came and the cramps I usually get were very minimal and short lasting.
However, my period which usually lasts 7-8 days only lasted 3 days.
Should I be worried or is it just the spearmint tea causing it ?
