What’s safe for a cold? 22 weeks pregnant.

Can someone tell me what’s safe to take for a cold.. I have a sore throat.. sneezing.. I’m sure cough will be next as my husband and my 3 year old has the same symptoms but with a cough.. I heard robotussin is good but what kind?? I heard halls cough drops is a big nope.. help me !! Someone !

Robitussin is safe :) I had a cold beginning of second trimester and they told me take Robitussin (I'm high risk so I always ask what's safe).

My doctor told me I could take Allegra or Tylenol cold. 
Tylenol cold worked the best for me.

Take Tylenol, it helps and safe. Other medicine I would confirm with pharmacist.
