irregular period

i have had irregular periods since I first started my period at age 13. I am now 22 years old & I am still having irregular periods. I got on sprintec for 6 months & I was coming on for those 6 months as soon as I got off it I didn’t have a period that was at age 21. I also just was on this other birth control a couple months ago i don’t remember the name but this one didn’t have me coming on at all . my cycles are so irregular I can go an entire year without coming on. it’s an issue now because me & my boyfriend are TTC but it’s really hard without me having a period & not even knowing am I ovulating or not i am on prenatal vitamins while TTC btw my doctor put me on those .. IF ANYONE HAVE | HAD THIS UNPLEASANT ISSUE PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE .. i am young & healthy i don’t drink nor smoke . & I eat pretty good if that helps.
