Insomnia in early pregnancy or insomnia before period

Hello ladies, so I’ve barely slept this week at all like 4hrs a day in total😓 I feel so tired and I feel like I can’t get full, in my first pregnancy I had these same symptoms but I didn’t put two and two together till I was peeing all the time and was hot all the time. I miscarried my first baby. But my period is supposed to come in 10 days but my family has been having dreams of fish🤦🏽‍♀️. Has anyone else had insomnia before a period or in early pregnancy? I usually don’t get insomnia at all but I did start spotting only when I wiped for like less then an hour on the 13th I thought it was just an early period coming
