Has anyone gone threw this plz help I'm 6 months post partum

Ok so i started spotting a day before I usually start it got slightly heavier but not like normal and it has been going on for 6 days know not normal for me either. the last 3 days I have had a headache that just lingers, horrible back pain, and horrible bloating. I have never done this. My period usually so heavy the first 2 days then dampers off and gone by day 4. I'm also having mood swings and fell like crying all the time.
