Anxiety and bad habits
My anxiety gets pretty bad sometimes. I don’t have insurance right now so I can’t get any meds. I’m good about breathing exercises and thoughfulness when bad anxiety strikes. But I still have bad habits, in the past I have bit my nails down so bad, I’m finally not biting them and growing them out now for a while which I’m extremely proud of! But I still have other bad habits, and they are getting worse because I don’t bite my nails. I smoke and I snack. I’ve switched to a vape but I still smoke a lot. And when I’m not smoking I have an impulse to snack. Just wondering what I could do to stop doing these things so much? I’m trying to chew gum but it doesn’t really do the trick.
