Getting tubes tied

So I’m only 18. I know that the chances of me getting pregnant are less then 10% and me carrying a pregnancy to full term is less then 1%. Due to a horrible miscarriage at 14. Is it possible for someone my age to get their tubes tied? I’ve already been told that getting pregnant or carrying can more then likely kill me but because I was still a minor at that time they legally couldn’t do the procedure. But I haven’t been back since I turned 18. Does anyone know if it’s even possible for me too? I really hate birth control and don’t wanna be on it the rest of my life.
