Bleeding and very worried

I’m 8 weeks and 1 day today I woke up at like 4:30 am to go pee,I fell asleep without underwear cause I feel more comfortable,when I went to pee and wipe the toilet bowl was red,it looked like I started my period,I went to check my bed and not a drop of blood was anywhere to be seen on my bed. I wiped and I feel like I had a good amount of blood on the tissue. I’m not bleeding anymore and I didn’t have any cramping is this normal,I haven’t bled at all so I’m a little worried right now.
