Nearing Labor?

Was up ALL night with crampy contractions too close together to even time. Painful but not crazy painful or tight like Braxton Hicks. More like dull period cramps.

Haven't had to get up at night to pee this entire pregnancy until last night when I was up almost every 30 minutes-1hr.

Felt like I had a lot of discharge when laying down all night. Baby's head seems super low, lot of pressure down there.

Couple episodes of vomiting? Bowel movement soft but not diarrhea.

Would y'all say just more dehydration or nearing labor??
